Do you have a physical store?

No, Misk al Haramain operates as an online store only, but we offer curbside pickup for all orders.

How does curbside pickup work?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is ready, we will notify you with pickup details. Simply arrive at our pickup location, and we’ll bring your order to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only cash and e-transfers at this moment. All payments must be made at the time of pickup

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of pickup. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Some items, such as hijabs and intimate wear, are final sale. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Contact us via mobile within 7 days of pickup to initiate a return or exchange. You will need to bring the item back to our curbside pickup location

Do you offer shipping?

Currently, we do not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up at our designated curbside location.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

How do I know if my order is ready for pickup?

We will send you an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Do you offer custom orders?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we are always updating our collection with new styles!
