2. Orders & Payments

• All prices listed on our website are in CAD$ and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept only cash on pickup. Orders must be paid in full during pickup.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Curbside Pickup

• All orders are pickup only at our designated location. We do not offer shipping at this time.
• Customers must pick up their orders within 48 hours of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
• A valid order confirmation must be presented at pickup.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy at miskalharamain.com.
• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
• Certain items, such as hijabs, inner caps, socks, and intimate wear, are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. Product Availability & Accuracy

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen differences.
• Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Misk al Haramain is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items after they have been picked up.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy at miskalharamain.com.
• We do not store payment details. All transactions are handled through cash or e-transfer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved through the regulated Dispute Resolution Process.
